Discovering the Ancient Incan Road
This old Road was constructed by the powerful Inca Empire that, while expanding its domains to the north, conquered and assimilated many indigenous cultures that populated what is now Ecuador. It was built in the XV century and its main propose was to connect the cities of the empire with the troops engaged in the wars at the north. Not much of the Incan architecture is left, but the actual tracing of the road is still there.
