All passengers are required to obtain a transit card before boarding their flight. If passengers have purchased their flights through LATINTOUR, the guide will provide it at the airport along with their boarding pass. However, if passengers have booked their own flights, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to departure to acquire the transit card. LATINTOUR will not be responsible for passengers who have booked their flights independently and fail to obtain their card on time.
